School Bus Service
To make your family’s daily routine easier, we offer a dedicated School Bus Service with routes covering both Kobe and Osaka. Morning pick-ups and afternoon drop-offs help your child travel to and from school safely and comfortably, accompanied by a member of school staff.
We currently offer two distinct routes to serve our student population. Please also note that the pick up and drop off times are not negotiable – please do not request any changes to the below times or locations.
Osaka Route: This route caters to students residing in the Osaka area, with designated pick-up and drop-off points at:

Bus Service Terms & Conditions
We have established comprehensive bus terms and conditions and rules to ensure the safety and well-being of all students, as well as to maintain an orderly and respectful environment on the bus. These are provided to families before they sign up to the bus service. These guidelines cover aspects such as student conduct, pick-up and drop-off procedures, and safety regulations. We kindly request you review these terms and conditions and behaviour expectations with your child before the service commences and before you make a commitment to sign up for the bus service.
Bus Service Fees
The attendant fees for the bus are outlined in the table below and, as per the terms and conditions, are fixed for a year. There are no discounted rates available and places will be issued on a first come, first served basis..
