Before starting the online application for your child, please prepare the following documents. You will be asked to upload these as part of the application process.

Please note that an application is not considered complete and entrance assessments will not be arranged until the application fee and all documentation is received.

*Please note that NLCS Kobe reserves the right to withdraw an offer, if it is found later that all information has not been disclosed as part of the application process. 

1. A copy of Passport or Government-Issued ID

2. A copy of Visa Status (if applicable / foreign national)

3. Recent photograph of your child 

4. Recent Year’s School Reports (Transcripts)

5. Recent Teacher’s Information for Confidential School Reference 

Information About Parents / Guardians

As part of the application process, we require identification documents for all parents, legal guardians, or persons with parental responsibility for the child. These documents allow us to verify the identity of the individuals responsible for the application and ensure that our admissions records are accurate.

1. Parent / Guardian Passport or Government-Issued ID (MyNumber Card)

2. Visa / Residency Information (if applicable / foreign national)
